Complaint letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about an MP3 player I bought from your website Gadgets last Friday. I am extremely disappointed with the deplorable conditions in which the product arrived and the service provided by the webpage.
When I received the product, the past Thursday, my first impressions was seeing the whole package in very poor conditions. Not only was the protective plastic almost teared apart but the MP3 player box was full of notable hits and nearly broken.
Moreover, I am thoroughly upset with the lack of customer service when I tried to contact you. The packet was supposed to arrive two days after the ordering, but it did not arrive. I subsequently sent you an email asking for an update on my product which was never responded.
Taking the preceding arguments in consideration, I would like to claim the refund of my money over the next few days as I do not want a product sold by a company with such a bad customer service.
