Complaint letter
To the manager of “Barber Shop & more”:
I am writing to bring to your attention a
serious issue. Last monday I ordered a mp3 to your store, my surprise when I
saw that the mp3 can only reproduce songs sideways.
I still can not understand songs sideways so
that is really ruining my experience. When I try to I have big headache and I
have to hear the same song normally on my phone or it will continue to hurt.
I want a new mp3 that plays songs normally. If
possible I would like one that can reproduce the video clip of the song. I am a
regular costumer and I would like some respect. If not I am going to AMAZON,
your store is on the line!
