Dear gentlemen of the Gadgets store,

I am writing to inform you that on 08/11/2019 I bought an MP3 player.

 Unfortunately, the purchased player doesn’t work well because it doesn’t play the songs and doesn’t allow them to be added correctly.

Due to this setback, I wish to have the device replaced as soon as possible with another model of the same characteristics and thus be able to solve the problem. I enclose copies of the invoices and all the documentation of the device regarding this purchase.

I look forward to a prompt response and resolution from you. I will wait 15 days before seeking legal advice and assistance from a third party. Please, contact me by sending a letter to the address indicated below or by other means you deem appropriate.
