COMPLAIN LETTER- Pablo Bernárdez

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to protest about the MP3 Player that I have bought on your site Gadgets, last
Friday. I believe the price I paid for it does not agree with the product I have received.
First of all, I must say that in your advertisement you said the MP3 came with a pair of
headphones for free which weren’t in the box when it arrived.
Secondly, in your webpage it was shown a variety of colours to choose so I picked the blue
ones. However, when the box got home the MP3 was pink, as you may understand there is a
considerable difference.
Lastly, I must say the state of the packaging wasn`t really good. Normally this type of products
requires a plastic package as they are fragile. Nevertheless, in this case the packaging was
made of paper which didn’t protect the gadget that arrived broken.
In conclusion, I suggest you to revise the products before delivering them. Furthermore, I
would like to return it and get one new or a refund of the money.
