Dear Sir/Madam.
I am writing to complain about the MP3 Player I bought on your website one month ago,
because there were so many problems about what I ordered.
First of all, the MP3 player that you send me was a low model and I bought the Super Lightning
wich it was better, so I would like to have mine.
Secondly, it is not the same MP3 color as in the photo you show because I ordered the white
one and you send me the grey one.
Finally, in the instructions it shows that it would come with headphones and there wasn’t any, so
I would like to have the headphones
To sum up, I hope everything was a mistake. I hope you have a solution for the problem and
send me back the right MP3 player with the headphones.
