Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to protest about the mp3 that I bought
last Friday on your website Gadgets, I bought the red mp3 and you send me a
green mp3. Furthermore, I could choose if I want the headphones and I chose
them but I haven’t received them.
Last Friday I saw on your website an offer of mp3 with
a complement that I could choose. And I saw that this mp3 was available in four
different colours and at the moment I had to choose one of them, I chose the
red one. However, you send me a green one that I didn’t ask. Moreover, I could
take a complement that I chose the headphones that have not reached me.
To sum up, I ask you to send me the red mp3 I ordered
and the one I paid with the headphones.
