COMPLAINT LETTER - ORIOL JARIOD

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about an MP3 player which I bought last Friday on your webpage Gadgets. I am especially disappointed because your webpage information was misleading about the Bluetooth of the MP3 Player. Moreover, with the box it could to include the charger.

When I started looking for MP3 player that included Bluetooth, I saw it in your webpage. My biggest motivation was going out for doing exercise in the gym or jogging and being able to listen to music without having a cable connected to the MP3 Player. That was indispensable, as I often go out for exercise and I don’t like the cable bothering me. Consequently, I was very disappointed when I received it and tried it and could not connect to my mobile through Bluetooth.
Secondly, when I read the presentation of the article on your website, it included a large headset and a charger included in the price. I felt ripped off when I opened the package to find that not only was there no big headphones, nor was the charger found.

Eventually, I would like to add that the sound reproduction is very low and that the storage capacity is less than what was in the product description. After I told you the above arguments, I’d like to ask for a refund of my money. If we do not reach this agreement, I would ask for another MP3 player, with the characteristics of the description.
