Complaint Letter

I am writing to complain about
an MP3 player which I bought last Friday on your webpage Gadgets. I am very
disappointed as your webpage information was certainly misleading about its
storage capacity. Furthermore, the price was supposed to include earphones.
When I decided to purchase
the MP3 player from you, my biggest
motivation was that your MP3 player had
32 GB of storage capacity. That was essential, as it takes me quite long to
commute to my workplace, and I want to have as much music as possible.
Therefore, I was extremely disappointed when I received it and learned that its
capacity was of only 8 GB.
Secondly, when I read the product description on your webpage, it guaranteed good-quality earphones where
included in the price. Conceive my disillusion when I unwrapped the package to
discover that not only were not high standard earphones in it but that there
were no earphones at all.
Finally, I would like to point
out that the screen resolution is very unsatisfactory and that the radio signal
that it receives is quite weak.
Taking the above arguments
into consideration, I want to ask for a refund of my money. Should I not have
it completed by next Wednesday, I will be compelled to take further action.
