Formal letter - LAURA PEÑA

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing owing to my disappointment with the MP3 I bought in your website Gadgets as it does not do the functions it should, and it is not in the colour I ordered.

Firstly, it does not do the functions you affirm in your site. For instance, I should be able to get songs downloaded in it, but I do not as it does not have connection to internet. Moreover, I ordered it in a blue-greenish colour and the MP3 I have received is red. I have checked my command in case I accidentally ordered it in red, but I did not.

All in all, I am disappointed with the product’s functions and colour. May I suggest you change your site’s information for buyers to have knowledge about the real product they are buying, and I would like to get a refund.
