Interviewer: Good afternoon, nice to meet you.
Interviewee: Hello. Nice to meet you, too. I am very happy to have the opportunity to
participate in this project.
Interviewer: We would like to ask you a few questions.
Interviewee: Ok, great. I’ll respond as honestly as possible.
Interviewer: Can you tell us about your previous work experience please?
Interviewee: Yes, of course. I am unemployed at the moment, but my last job was as a monitor
in a nursery for children without family. I worked there for a year and a half, and before that, I
have not had any other work.
Interviewer: What skills have you got that would help you in this job?
Interviewee: I am very responsible and careful with children, I treat them the best I
can, always giving my best. What's more, I am very good at dealing with people and I always try to help them withtheir problems. In addition, I speak native Spanish and I have advanced English level. Lastly, I must say my hobbies involve sports and new technologies.
Interviewer: Why do you want this job?
Interviewee: I would like to get the job because I feel very identified with the values proposed by this organization. I love feeling that I help people who really need it. Actually, I think that my participation in the project could contribute to the happiness of these children.
Interviewer: Do you work well in a team?
Interviewee: Yes. I like working together with other people. During the group work in which I
participated, I have always been good at organizing and looking for solutions to problems.
Interviewer: When could you start?
Interviewee: Right now, I have any day available, I could start working at any time when you
need it.
Interviewer: Our idea would be to offer you a contract of 6 hours a day in which you would
charge 10 euros per hour. Do you think that is according to what you are looking for?
Interviewee: Yes. Thank you very much. I look forward to hearing from you.
Interviewer: Thank you for coming today. We will be in touch.
