Tània Alonso -- Formal letter


ComplainT letter:

Dear Sir/Madam.

I am writing to complain about the MP3 Player I bought on your website Gadgets last Friday, because the order I received is not correct.
First, you sent me a red MP3 player and I bought a black one, so I want to believe you exchanged my order with someone’s order who wants it red.
Secondly, it is not the same MP3 as in the photo you show in your site because I ordered the new model, and you send the model of last year; and this year MP3 has 64 GB and last's year 36 GB.
Finally, I asked that they come to bring the package in the morning, but they brought it today in the afternoon, so I might not have been at home. Luckily, I was at home, and I was able to pick it up.
To sum up, I hope everything was a mistake, and you could find a solution. I suggest you to change my MP3 player for the one I bought. And I hope this does not happen again.
