Alejandro Sánchez: Job Interview

Job interview

Jane Smith is taking a job interview with Bob Johnson, the staff manager of CAMP U.S.

Bob Johnson: So Jane, can you tell us about any work experience you have had, please?
Jane Smith: Yes, of course. I’m currently working in a dog shelter near London. However, I have also worked as a swimming trainer in the nearby pool of my neighbourhood.
Bob Johnson: For what reason would you be appropriate for working with kids?
Jane Smith: As I said before, I worked as a swimming trainer for several years. On account of this, I learned how to motive the infants to work hard and how to set clear objectives. I am also a very versatile person so I could do any kind of activities with the kids even though they are not of my main interest. Moreover, spanish is my mother language so I could help the kids improve their skills with foreign languages.
Bob Johnson: In this work, you would be a piece of a group. Do you consider you work well in team?
Jane Smith: Despite the fact that I have never had the chance to work in group, I am thrilled to be part of one. During my students years I did several works in team and I have to state that I did very well as the leader. I am a responsible person and exigent with the work I am also very understanding an empathetic with the others.
Bob johnson: Have you got  any questions?
Jane Smith: Yes, I case I got the job, could you tell me the age of the children I will be working with?
Bob Johnson: You would be assigned with children between 5 and 8 years old. The group called Little Beavers.
Jane Smith: Great, thanks so much for this opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you.
Bob Johnson: We will keep in touch. Thank you for coming today.
