Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about an MP3 Player I bought last Friday on your website, Gadgets. I am annoyed because your MP3 review which is below the product says that is made of high quality materials and I believe that is not true.
Probably, the materials of this MP3 Player are not the worst of the market but are so disappointing. May I suggest you change the review of your webpage? On the other hand, you could change the materials of this music player.
Furthermore, on the second day of use, the USB port broke when I connected the charger so I could not use it for the past three days. By the way, the battery life is too short, it last only two hours, if you are in a long journey you can not listen to music all the time because the battery will vanish.
Finally, I would like to say that the review says that a free USB charger is included, but it didn't came in the package.
To sum up, the materials of the MP3 player are low quality and the battery life is understandably brief. Also, you should check the review becuase there are some points that they are not quite true.
