JOB INTERVIEW

Interviewer: Good morning. Welcome to CAMP U.S.

Interviewee: Hello, it’s nice to meet you.

Interviewer: What kind of experience do you have in camping?

Interviewee: My camp experience is worthy of consideration. My first work was as a kids football coach. When I was seventeen I decided to change and I worked as a waiter in my uncle’s restaurant for two years. Finally, I worked for three years in a gym as a personal trainer helping people who want to get fit or gain muscle mass.

Interviewer:  Which are your skills that differentiate you from the other candidates?

Interviewee: Well, one of my strengths is my want to work; I like working and always be active. Also, I love working with other people and interact with them. Finally, I speak four languages: English, Spanish, German and African.

Interviewer: Why did you choose this work?

Interviewee: I have chosen this work because I think is the best work if you like working with other people and having fun.

Interviewer: Do you like working in a team?

Interviewee: Of course, team working is the key to do your job the best way you can. If there’s not team work, you can’t improve as a professional.

Interviewer: Do you have any new proposals about any activity for teenagers to have a good experience at Camp U.S.?

Interviewee: I really have some proposals. For example, I think we should slpit the teenagers group in two because there's chid with very different ages and that could be a problem for the bigger ones, since they could get bored with certain activities. I propose to split teenagers in a group of 10 to 14 years old kids and another group of 15 to 18 years old guys.      

Interviewer: Okay, that's an interesting question. Have you got any question or doubt?

Interviewee: Yes. What would my schedule be?

Interviewer: You would be working Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 12 am and in the afternoon, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Any other question?

Interviewee: Yes, the last one. How much you will pay me?

Interviewer: You will get paid £80.40 per hour and £10 per extra hour.

Interviewee: Okay, thank you very much. I look forward to hearing from you.
