Complaint Letter - Marc Álvarez

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about an MP3 player that I bought on your webpage Gadgets last Friday. I had some problems with the package and the content of it.

When the product came to my hands the past week, I had a good impression of the package, but when I unwrapped it, I could not believe the conditions of the product inside.

Firstly, the MP3 that I bought did not came with a charger, that it ought to come, as it says on the product's description on your webpage.

Also, the Micro SD card that it must include was not there, while a Normal SD card was replacing its place, a fact I cannot understand as this model not works with those cards.

Finally, just say that the Bluetooth signal it’s very unsatisfactory and gives a lot of problems while it is active.

Taking these arguments in consideration, I want to ask for the change of the product or for the refund of my money
