Sir/Madam,
I am
writing to protest about an MP3 player I bought last Friday on your web
Gadgets. I ordered the blue version of that MP3 and I have received the red
one.
Whilst it
is probably true that, you have many orders but it is important to maintain the
organization. I believe there are important reasons which explain why. Firstly,
if you send a wrong product to the buyer probably it will not order anymore in
your web.
Secondly, it
is uncomfortable for the costumer have to write an email to complain about a
wrong product to have the opportunity to change it.
Last but
not least, I suggest you to check every step before sending the product to
avoid that kind of problems that are easy solved.
In
conclusion, I believe that working slower but better is an improvement in the
quality of the final product and it the way to maintain happy the costumer.
