Dear Sir/Madam.
I am writing to complain about an mp3 player I bought from
your website last Friday.
At first,
despite the fact that the sound was very poor, I downloaded some songs, I
recorded them to the MP3 player, and it worked very well. After a few days, the
sound improved, but then again it became very weak and now I can hardly hear
anything.
In addition to
that, I am also disappointed with the battery life. According to the features
written on your website, the battery was supposed to last between three and
four days. Nevertheless, it barely lasted me one day.
In conclusion, I feel
very disillusioned with the sound and the life battery. To resolve the problem,
I will be very grateful if you could replace this faulty MP3 player with a new
one as soon as possible.
