I’m writing to complain about an MP3 player I bought from your website Gadgets last Friday.
I am extremely disappointed with the service of this company. Friends had recommended me your products but after all this, I have no doubt that I will never buy again here.

Firstly, when I bought the product in your website, it occurred a strange error, the website doesn’t recognize my credit card, which I always use and never cause problems. I had to make payment up to three times.
Also, I received the MP3 player at 7pm, when in your website said it will arrive for the morning, between 10am to 12am.
So, I had to cancel all my day plans just for wait until the product arrives. When the product arrived, the wrapper was broken. And when I decide to prove the MP3 player, it didn’t work.
That’s why I would like to claim the refund of my money.
