Nowadays, music is available in the whole world thanks to the Internet. However, there are two ways of sharing it: the legal form, where groups sell their songs and albums; and the illegal form where some webs provide all songs for free which is the most commonly used: pirate music.

On one hand, an advantage of pirate music is that can provide nearly all songs you can be looking for. Moreover, they are completely free which allows people with less resources to be able to enjoy music too, as usually it is really expensive to buy albums or songs.

On the other hand, it is risky to consume pirate music as a virus can enter into our device while downloading it and it is proved that virus can damage your device, but also they can collect your personal data. A further disadvantage is the fine you can receive if the police gets to know you are consuming music illegally.

In conclusion, pirate music is free which allows everyone to enjoy music. However, it does not worth it to expose the security of our devices and our data to a virus.

Is it preferable to illegalize tobacco and alcohol?

Drugs such as tobacco or alcohol are addictive, and addiction is a mental disorder. That’s a fact. And it seems that governments don’t understand that when you are addicted to something you’ll do anything that’s in your hands to get what you want, no matters if it’s illegal or not. 

To start with, illegalizing a product, especially one that is so addictive and which so many people consume, will probably do the opposite effect as needed. We can just take a look at what a disaster was the dry law in the U.S. in the 20’s.  

On one hand, so many bad consequences would originate from the banning of drugs. Contraband would imply a larger control, which means more money on security. At the same time, the quality of drugs would substantially decrease, as well as consumers’ health. Another change would be the price, which would undergo an increment. Poor people, which are the more liable to drug addiction, would have to do anything for getting their daily drug. 

On the other hand, it is true that this method could seem the one and only solution to drug addiction. Anyways, I strongly believe that an effective way to solve the problem, as well as avoiding all the previous negative aspects of illegalization, would be investing money in awareness campaigns and making laws that regulate the places and use of it (such as what has happened with tobacco).

To conclude, illegalizing a drug could seem the perfect solution to a recurring issue in mankind. However, it is a lack of responsibility by the governments, as they do not consider all the side effects that this measure implies.

Presently in our society, it has considered some substances that damage our health. Our country, in front of this threat, the people that be in command, don’t illegalize the most common substances that are alcohol and tobacco. But the others substances are illegalize from our society. In my opinion, the government has to control the production of these substances and also the consumption of alcohol and tobacco among others.

Personally, I believe that Tobacco should be illegal because the 90% of its components are toxic and very harm from our body. These substances also cause many diseases, the most common are cancers, like of lung, mouth, throat...These substances also make you an addict from tobacco, and this makes you to smoke every day.

Furthermore, in my opinion alcohol ought to be forbid because it is enough all kinds of people and also this makes it very common in teenagers. It is clear to me that this truth produces it taken very frequently, which causes it to be ingest more abundantly and generates a dependence of alcohol, and injuries on your body.

All in all, I think, these substances like as alcohol and tobacco shouldn’t be illegal because they cause a lot of dependence and is so hard to control, but it depends of each one. I am of the opinion that, from some people alcohol and tobacco are important from them, and I think that they ought to be legal.

In the middle of the past century used tobacco became a part of modern societies. many factories established to make a cigarette. Consequently, many people got a job. In movies, every star was a smoker and drink alcohol, but today many people believe tobacco and alcohol have bad effects and must be prohibited.

There is no doubt that alcohol and tobacco result in multifarious problems in health. This can be illustrated by the example of regular drinking of alcohol and tobacco and taking other lethal drugs, and in consequence, the consumers are suffering from respiratory diseases, lung cancer. Likewise, most of the women are giving birth to the baby with disabilities. I actually agree with the idea that tobacco and alcohol and every kind of drugs must be illegal. I have some reason for that. 

On the one hand, there are numerous reasons why I am in favor of banning drugs. Perhaps one of the most significant causes of this is harmful diseases. This is since these drugs weaken the human ability to work. A notable example is of this is that nicotine and alcohol restrain the blood circulation of a human being. The second reason for believing is that the smoke of cigarettes imperils others. One good illustration is that the smoke goes in the air with the result that a person who does not smoke inhales smoke from the air.

On the other hand, there are some reasons why it can be argued that unsafe drugs should be made legal. The principal reason for saying is that companies of tobacco and alcohol make their business worldwide. As an illustration, to earn for their families, many employees working in these factories. For this reason, these global corporations have been the breadwinner of a large number of families.

Besides, drinking alcohol damage people live too. Many accidents happen when a driver is drunk. Forever, these people lost their control of behavior, so they do some illegal act. And I also believe drink alcohol, damage to Liver.

Finally, tobacco and alcohol have a lot of negative effects on our society. Our children, old people are vulnerable. In my opinion, the government must ban them. It can do by increasing taxes on use tobacco or cigarette or alcohol. We must show in the media how much alcohol and tobacco are harmful.

Nowadays, Black Friday has become one of the biggest shopping day in many countries, other than just United States. It is worth for us, the buyers, to ‘’celebrate’’ this day, or is just an excuse for wasting money in a new way?

Personally, I believe that Black Friday is an excuse created by businessmen, with the main objective of make people want to buy something that they probably wouldn't buy if they didn't get those discounts. By using this, those wealthy people take profit by selling products that will get out of stock because they are going out of style. For example, they sell mobile phones with a large discount because a new model will release shortly.

However, in my opinion, I think that we have to get interested in those offers, and if we want the product that they are offering us, we just have to find out if our purchase will be worth and if we can afford the sale, without generating so many problems on our live.

All in all, Black Friday is a good day to try to buy some new things, but we have to first analyze if we really need that product, and not to be so impulsive at the time of buying.

There is a large amount of substance that, for one reason or another, are illegal in our country. One of the biggest arguments is that they cause problems in the human’s health. But, from this point of view, should not alcohol and tobacco illegal? I do not think so. 

To begin with, it is true that alcohol and tobacco can cause some serious problems to the human health but a lot of other substances that we consume daily can be just as hazardous. For example, large quantities of sugar in our body may result in illnesses in an uncertain future. The problem is that alcohol and tobacco can produce health problems in smaller quantities and people tend to abuse of them leading to lots of cases problems produced by alcohol and tobacco. 

Even though countries have banned some substances, people have found the way to buy them going against the law. If governments make illegal alcohol and tobacco it would be inevitable the appearance of groups of people selling these substances creating more and bigger problems that the state would have to deal with. As people are extremely used to consuming these products the needs of acquiring some would grow exponentially leading to unrest on the streets. 

For the points I have mentioned above and others, I think that governments should not make alcohol and tobacco illegal as it might produce bigger problems to the country but it is necessary to take care of the consumerism rates of these products in order to make them decrease.

Many people who drink alcohol or smoke may be unaware of what those substances really are. Lots governments and some of us have agreed that its forbidden to take any types of drugs as they are dangerous for our body, but aren’t alcohol and tobacco drugs as well? It started in the USA and at the begining was just one Friday afternoon where everything was cheaper. This trend has arrived to our countries thanks to the internet and has evolved to a longer period of sales. However is it really necessary? Or it is just another technique to make us buy much more, to promote our consumerism?

Actually, Black Friday is the last week of November which is before Christmas. If we think about it, we buy a lot in Black Friday, then we buy a lot for Christmas presents and finally we buy more in January sales. Is it really necessary to spend three months buying things? It isn’t, it just promotes consumerism and makes big enterprises richer as they manipulate us and make us consume as fools. What’s more, it is tested that before Black Friday prices increase to decrease during the sales, that means that it is everything a lie.

On the other hand, it may be useful for those people who start buying Christmas presents really soon, these people are able to find some good sales and it is less work to do on Christmas.

In conclusion, Black Friday, a part from being a lie, is unnecessary as we don’t need that amount of things. We should stop celebrating it and try to be happy with what we already have.

Tobacco should be illegal because of all the toxic components it has and that generates a great addition to it. Currently, Black Friday is the day that the Christmas shopping season opens with significant sales in many retail and department stores.

It is an excellent opportunity for store owners as they sell items from other seasons that can no longer sell at a good price and reserve new season products at the original price to charge more money to customers.

Despite the benefit of the owners, many people take advantage of these days to buy much cheaper things for Christmas gifts but you have to be careful, knowing the original prices beforehand, due to the large number of hoaxes.

Many of these people believe that buying things at a lower price are saving but what they really do is fall into consumerism. They buy unnecessary products that they will only use once.

All in all, I think that Black Friday is a good day to go shopping and buy cheaper things, but in spite of that, you always have to compare with the original prices and never buy unnecessary products to avoid falling into consumerism.

Personally, I believe that Black Friday is a big opportunity for companies to increase their income and put them on the map. Also is a big opportunity for those who are short of cash to buy what they need for an affordable price.

On the other hand, this day has become a risk for some people because of the overspend due to the excessive discounts that attract a lot but then they turn out to be fake, that is, the companies increase the prices one week before Black Friday and the same day they drop them to show everyone that they made big discounts.

It is said that the consumption of alcohol and tobacco in our country has increased in the last few years. Nevertheless, these substances are very harmful for the human health and they are legal. Should the government modify laws which define their permissibility to make them more restricted?

Firstly, the tobacco can cause lung cancer and respiratory diseases and the alcohol can cause circulatory problems and diseases which affect the liver. However, the people who control these substances still allow its consumption for everyone who is over 18, although their effects are not very different from the ones caused by the illegal drugs.

Furthermore, the use of these substances makes the consumers get poorer while the State becomes richer because of the high taxes they impose in order to get profit from the addiction of the consumers. For example, if a packet costs 4 euros, the government gets 3.20 euros. Maybe, that’s the reason why these drugs are still legal.

To sum up, I think that tobacco and alcohol should be illegal because of their negative effects on the health, but the government doesn’t ban them because the more people smoke and drink, the more money they get.

Many people think that that tobacco and alcohol are bad for the people health and those products are legal, but is that a reason to ban this product?

On one hand, the alcohol and the tobacco are banned for people younger than 18 years old, so the people that think that these products are legal are partial wrong, because if you want to buy these products you have to be an adult so that is partial legal.

On the other hand, there are many examples of people that have had accidents because of the alcohol so that would be a strong point for ban the alcohol, also most of the crimes are made by people that had been drunk, so even though it is legal for people older than 18 they have to sold this products with careful.

Moreover, there are a lot of people that buy tobacco illegally so that could be a measure to have in mind, because maybe old people can buy these products and then give it to young people because that is not illegal.

In my opinion, tobacco and alcohol can continue to be sold if we make good use, provided you are an adult and you can buy it legally.

Nowadays, tobacco alcohol and other substances are harmful for our health but only alcohol and tobacco are legal and think they would have to be legal under a control by the right organizations. I think this is not helpful for the society for a number of reasons.

First of all, taking this kind of substances is according to your decision, you are free to make the choice, legalize that kind of substances could be risky but in fact actually it is because people consume illegal drugs too. If it would be legal, there would be more information about the impact of these substances on a long term. Secondly, this business makes a lot of money around the world and a small number of people controls it, if this money pay taxes it would have benefits for the citizens, investigation, hospitals, education, etc.

Finally, to  sum up, drug has been a business that have always existed from the very beginning and people carry on taking that service and the government won’t do anything to avoid it so I think it is better to do it legal because economic and social reasons. In a world where the majority of the civic consume alcohol and tobacco, the issue of whether this drugs’ consumption should be banished or not is still up to debate. Although they are not considered that harmful, I strongly believe they should be made illegal.

On one hand, I personally don’t understand why they are not considered as harmful as to make them illegal. They might seem to be harmless and to be different from other drugs, but at the end, they are drugs which means they create addiction and their consumption has damaging health consequences. We just think it is okay to consume them because the society has accepted them as they are legal and refuse to see that this does not make them harmless. Furthermore, I strongly believe that they are legal because their industry makes lots of money, we are not aware of how much money we spend on them while we could be saving up or spending them on necessary things.

On the other hand, it is veridic that we can consume them with responsibility so that we do not create an addiction and they do not harm that much our health. However, few people know how to do it and we nowadays see a lot of teenagers almost unconscious because of the alcohol and a lot of addicts to it and to tobacco.

To sum up, they may be the less harmful drugs but at the end they are similar to the illegal ones. Consequently, in my view they should be illegal.

Recently, Black Friday has become one of the biggest shopping days wide world, with shops offering great discounts and millions of people rushing to purchase their products. Now some people start to question whether it is a good idea or just another example of our addiction to consumerism.

First of all, Black Friday is an excellent opportunity for shop owners to get rid of old-fashioned items which they no longer want to have for sale, so they can start marketing new articles and, therefore, charge clients more money. They do that just before Christmas shopping takes on, as they know people are going to buy anyways during those days.

Another thing to keep in mind is that some people use the lower prices offered on this day to allow themselves to buy everything they desire, even if they are never going to use that product again. People who do that are convinced that, since items are cheaper, they are saving money when instead they are wasting it on unnecessary things.

All in all, I believe black Friday should disappear as it is only another form of promoting consumerism, a concept which is causing people not to value what they have since it makes them feel it is never enough.

Nowadays people are more than aware of how smoking and drinking alcohol is damaging for human’s health as well as for the environment. Then, why are these substances still legalized?

Personally, I believe that governments should make them illegal or at least put higher prices on those kinds of products.

Firstly, my main reason is that alcohol and tobacco are harmful for health. It is known that a cigarette contains over 4,000 chemicals, including 43 known for cancer-causing (carcinogenic) compounds and 400 other toxins. 

In addition, an excessive alcohol consumption can have numerous adverse effects on your brain. Furthermore, above more than 45,000 people die from alcohol every year.

Secondly, young people have started to consume those products at really young ages in order to feel older or cooler. That clearly shows how tobacco and alcohol are not strictly regulated as despite the laws, underage people have access to them.

All in all, alcohol and tobacco are damaging for health and are not strictly regulated and that’s why I believe they should be banned.

Personally, I think this day it is necessary because there are a lot of discounts and you can buy many things cheaper. And it is in a good season since it is just before Christmas, when many people would go to the shopping centre even if there were not discounted, so it is a benefit for them.

However, you have to buy things that you need or that you know the original price, because if not you are doing what shop owners want you to do that is buy things which you wouldn’t buy without any discount, increasing consumerism. Also, many shops cheat on you, for example saying that it is 50% and actually it is 20%, and if you don’t know the original price you would think that it is 50% while it is 20%.

All in all, I believe Black Friday is a good day to go shopping and to buy things cheaper. Despite the fact that you shouldn’t buy “extra” things because you would be falling on the consumerism.

Governments often make many addictive substances illegal because they may harm the health of those who take them. But alcohol and tobacco may also be dangerous to a person’s health, and they are legal. Should the government make these substances illegal?

Tobacco and alcohol are addictive and we can’t deny they often harm the health of the people taking them. But the government still let people use them to people that are over the age of 18.

On one hand, these substances are highly addictive and very harmful for an human body, part of the problem with this is that Spain Social Security must pay for the diseases they cause to the population such as cancer.

On the other hand, Spain sets tobacco and alcohol taxes pretty high, this way they get so much money and is more than enough to pay the treatment these diseases need. This way Spain has economic benefit from this type of substances.

But there is something called free will, this means that people must take responsibility for themselves and the actions the make. So I don’t think the government should illegalize this substances, either for the money they provide or for the freedom of the people to decide.

Personally, I believe that although there are worst substances than tobacco and alcohol, they are very bad for our health so governments should make them illegal. The problem is the government doesn’t have much interest in making them illegal because they would actually lose a lot of money.

Moreover, not only should governments make them illegal but also should invest much money into setting up all kinds of measures to prevent people from smoking and drinking.  

All in all, it is clear to me that all substances that harm your health, even if they impact is lower, should be illegal. Governments have to start thinking more about citizens health and less about themselves.
