Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about an
MP3 Player I bought on Gadgets last Friday. As far as I am concerned shops and
websites should work efficiently so that you get the product in good conditions
and so that people keep trusting your services.
First of all, the website was working very
slowly and I spend three hours trying to buy a MP3 Player. I was almost gonna
give up and buy it in another website. Furthermore, I called one of your
workers and no one answered.
On the other hand, the product arrived ten days
later than the date the website stated. Last but not least the product was not
the one that I ordered and the color of it was also different.
To sum up, what amazes me is the fact that
websites and shops have such poor service. I demand an explanation and
obviously a refund or an exchange for the product I bought in the beginning.
