DIALOGUE - Adrià Miró

WRITING: DIALOGUE

Option 1: You suspect a friend of yours is a bully but he/she does not want to acknowledge it. Write a conversation with him/her in which you explain why you think he/she should stop this behaviour. Suggest possible measures to help him/her fight this addiction.

The conversation is going to take place in playground while they are in the classes break. Eric thinks because of his behaviour that Johnny is a bully and he doesn’t want to acknowledge it.

Eric: Hi Johnny, how’s going the day?

Johnny: Hi Eric, at the beginning of the day has been horrible, I’ve arrived late and our Philosophy teacher scored me a negative, but then, in History class Toni has distributed the global exams and I’ve been through it easily.

Eric: Nice, I would talk with you about your behaviour with all classroom. You know me, I always say what I think whoever it is.

Johnny: What are you taking about?

Eric: You are been disrespectful and bulling classroom partners. Also laughing of them for the simple reason that you are bigger than them and you can injury them seriously. Honestly, I think you don’t want to acknowledge it, but you really have to for your own good and for the others.
I’m saying all this because we are friends, you know.

Johnny: Ok, I understand. It’s real that sometimes I don’t behave as a normal guy of my age. For our relationship and as my close friend I will try to moderate my behaviour for our own good and for the others, as you already said.

Eric: Thank you, Johnny! I’m sure that classroom partners will behave as well as you behave with them.

Johnny: Thanks Eric for the suggestion. And now, let’s gonna play soccer at the playground.

Eric: Of course!
